Harry Connick Jr. has mapped out a Pacific Rim tour for March. Countries include Singapore, China, South Korea, Philippines, Thailand and Australia.
Ray Davies is also going to Australia. Look for the Kinkster to appear in Newtown on March 17 and Melbourne on March 19.
Bjork is also doing the Pacific Rim circuit, and will play Jakarta on February 12 and Hong Kong on March 2. The artist also has a London gig scheduled for April 20.
Lee Ritenour will be all over the globe during March, playing Seoul on Ma rch 14, Christchurch, New Zealand, on March 26 and Cape Town, South Africa, on March 29.
Meanwhile, back in the States, Chris Smither fattens up his 2008 calendar with shows in Iowa and Massachusetts for February, Michigan in March, California in April, Indiana and Texas in May, Pennsylvania in July, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut in September and Pennsylvania and Ontario in November. Chris also has a January 2009 gig planned for Westminster, Maryland.
