The May 30-June 1 event will take place at Laguna Seca Raceway and will feature more than 25 bands on three stages.
Other acts scheduled to appear include The Crystal Method, Melvin Seals and JGB, Moonalice, New Monsoon, Raine Maida (Our Lady Peace), Crash Hot and West Indian Girl.
Additional artist will be added to the lineup in the coming weeks.
Tickets are available at InTicketing.com, with the company planting one tree for every ticket bought through the site.
On-site camping and mountain biking is available and encouraged.
