The August 9-10 event will take place at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore.

Performing on Sunday with West, NIN and STP are The Black Keys, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Go! Team, Lil' Wayne, Taking Back Sunday, Andrew Bird's Bowl of Fire and Shudder To Think.
The dance tent roster for the weekend includes Moby, Armin van Buuren, Chromeo, Ferry Corsten, Erol Alkan, Soul Wax, Underworld and more.

Two-day tickets are $175 for general admission and $450 for VIP tickets.
Single-day tickets are $97.50 for general admission and $250 for VIP tickets.

Festival producer Seth Hurwitz said fans should keep an eye out for some surprises yet to come on the lineup.
"Our bill is really strong now," added Hurwitz, "but in the last two years, acts came along at the last minute that I wish I could have put on the bill, yet the lineup was set in stone so I had to pass.
"This year I'm adding a new element. I'm leaving a couple of choice slots open so I can take advantage of things that are happening in the next few months.
