Fresh off of the truck! New dates for Hot Chip, Ted Leo And The Pharmacists, The Benjy Davis Project and KT Tunstall!

We have miles and miles of new dates for Hot Chip. September through October is the timeframe for club dates in the U.S. and Canada. Stops include September 21 & 22 in Los Angeles at The Wiltern; September 28 & 29 in Chicago at Metro / Smart Bar, September 30 in Toronto at Kool Haus; and October 8 in Washington, DC, at 9:30 Club.

Ted Leo And The Pharmacists update this afternoon with a few new June and July dates. Look for the band playing two days in Toronto at different venues (June 12 & 13). Other dates include Richmond, VA (June 21), Poughkeepsie, NY (June 26) and NYC (July 17).

The Benjy Davis Project adds shows for June, July, September and October. New ones are June 27 in Baton Rouge, LA; July 12 in Seabrook, TX; July 22 in Iowa City, IA; September 26 in Jonesboro, AR; and October 4 in Elon, NC.

And KT Tunstall adds August 4 in Northampton, MA, and August 6 in Albany, NY, to her summer list of things to do.

During the past couple of hours we knocked back a few boilermakers (a Thursday tradition) while updating the schedules for MC Chris, Pato Banton, Patrick Sweany, Percy Sledge, Justin Townes Earle, Local H, Mae, Marc Cohn, Matt Costa, Neil Diamond, Nine Inch Nails, Jay Nash, Joan of Arc, Gabriel Iglesias, Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, Dolly Parton, C.J. Chenier & The Red Hot Louisiana Band, Seth Walker, Smoking Popes, The Cotton Jones Basket Ride, The Boxing Lesson, The Chieftains, The Album Leaf, Yes, Underoath and Stiff Dead Cat.

But it ain't over until the fat promoter sings and we have plenty of data yet to show you. Check it out in your last update of the day - The Closing Bell - coming up around 5 pm (PDT), from Pollstar.com!
