Bumbershoot, first known as The Seattle Arts Festival, debuted 37 years ago and takes place at 74-acre park, the Seattle Center, on over 20 indoor and outdoor venues.
In addition to music, the event features three comedy stages, the One Reel Film Festival, Seattle-Tehran Poster Show, dance and performance art, visual arts, theater, indie crafts, Flatstock and literary arts.
Three-day passes, which are $80 until August 15, are on sale at Ticketmaster.com and Bumbershoot.org, with single-day tickets available beginning today.
