British alt-rockers James are headed to North America in support of Hey Ma, their first release in seven years.

The band's trek launches with a pair of shows September 14-15 at Paradise Rock Club in Boston and wraps October 5 at House of Blues in Anaheim.

In between they'll delight lucky fans across the U.S. and Canada in places like Stone Pony in Asbury Park, N.J. (September 20), Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto (September 23), Turner Hall Ballroom in Milwaukee (September 26), Ogden Theatre in Denver (September 29) and El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles.

James will also hook up with '80s icons Squeeze for a special show at New York City's Radio City Music Hall on September 19.

Tickets for most shows are available at Ticketmaster.com.

Hey Ma, due out in the U.S. on September 16, was recorded over the course of a few months at a chateau in northern France.
