The father of the victim, Will Pike, contacted Izzard following the attacks and asked the comedian if he’d send a note to his injured son. Izzard took the request a step further, delivering his 90-minute message in person.
Pike, who is bedridden, apparently had to miss a recent Izzard performance for which he had tickets.
