U2 Hangs With Dave

The Mar. 3 release of U2’s latest, No Line On The Horizon, will get an unprecedented round of promotion when the band spends a week on “Late Show With David Letterman” Mar. 2-6.

This is the first time Letterman has booked a musical guest for that long and U2’s first “Late Show” appearance since 2001.

But Letterman’s move isn’t just a boon for U2.

“Saturday Night Live” alum Jimmy Fallon takes over Conan O’Brien’s talk show slot on NBC Mar. 2 with The Roots as house band.
