Lots of exciting stuff happening on the chat show circuit this week, with Stephen Colbert airing four shows taped in the Middle East and Green Day setting up shop at “Last Call.”

Colbert and company filmed the shows live in front of hundreds of U.S. troops in the domed marble hall at Saddam Hussein’s former Al Faw Palace in Iraq.

In the first episode, which airs tonight on Comedy Central, one of the biggest laughs comes when Gen. Ray Odierno, Commander of the Multinational Corps, accepts a videotaped order from President Obama to shave Colbert’s head.
