Attention Ticket Shoppers

Posted on Wednesday June 24, 2009 at 11:31 AM 4 |

It’s another Wednesday and that means another No Service Fee Wednesday special from Live Nation.

The concert promotion company’s No Service Fee Wednesdays has enabled concert fans a little short of green to buy the tickets to the shows they want to see this summer and today’s special is all about 4-Packs – those four-ticket bundles that already offer fans an average 17 percent discount.

That’s right. Buy a 4-pack today and skip the service fees for a 40 percent discount compared to the bundle’s regular total price. Parking, municipal taxes and certain venue fees may still apply.

And, if that’s not enough to get your attention, some of the shows included in today’s service-free 4-Pack offer include 311, Aerosmith, The Allman Brothers Band, blink 182, Coldplay, Creed, Crue Fest, Depeche Mode, Jason Mraz, Kid Rock with Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Killers, REO Speedwagon and Styx, Rod Stewart, and Toby Keith with Trace Adkins, plus many, many more.

Of course, the service-free 4-Packs are subject to availability at participating venues and selected shows, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. But more importantly, this deal is only good today, so get the old rear in gear before you miss out.

so is Livenation paying for the constant promotion from Pollstar for this "ticket deals" thing?

It’s not a “deal” when the service charges gouge you, to begin with. Stop pretending like it is. It's insulting.

Half the baseline service fees, and we'll talk...

'Livenationsux ' should look into enrolling in an AA programme.
