Cable network Soapnet and ABC recently discovered that lots of country music fans are also soap fans.
So far this year, they’ve teamed up for a number of "Soap Nation" special events at places like Coachella and the CMA Music Festival, with stars from popular ABC shows like “All My Children,” “One Life To Live” and “General Hospital” joining the stars of country music onstage (and in many cases singing).
The latest "Soap Nation" project is country singer Sara Evans’ current U.S. tour. Fans can enjoy the concert and get up close and personal with some of their favorite daytime stars, like at this August 9 stop in Atlanta.
The next "Soap Nation" stop on the tour is August 22 in Fort Worth, Texas.
