Go Camping With Meat Loaf

12:04 PM, Friday 8/14/09 1 |   |

Rock legend Meat Loaf is stepping into the role of head counselor at the latest edition of Rock n’ Roll Fantasy Camp.

Also scheduled to be on hand for the Nov. 12-22 session of RNRFC in Hollywood, Calif., are Jon Anderson (Yes), Ace Frehley (Kiss), Rami Jaffee (Foo Fighters), producer Mark Hudson, Elliot Easton (The Cars), Kenny Aronoff (John Fogerty), Danny Seraphine (Chicago), Bruce Kulick (Kiss), Rudy Sarzo (Quiet Riot, Ozzy Osbourne), Share Ross (Vixen) and Teddy Andreadis (Guns N’ Roses).

The camp will also feature a mystery guest, about whom the event’s producer David Fishof said, “Although I can’t mention him by name, I’m ecstatic to announce that we’ve secured a legendary guitarist from one of rock’s most renowned bands to come and jam with the campers this November – and perform live with them at the Whisky A Go Go on closing night.”

Aspiring musicians can choose from a three-day camp (Nov. 12-15), a five-day camp (Nov. 17-22) or the Rock Legend package, which includes both camps and the Rock ‘n’ Roll Golf Experience. The golf outing is also available separately.

And for those looking to spend some quality time with their spouse, Groupie Packages are available for the three-day and five-day camps.

To sign up for the November camp, as well as 2010 camps in Hollywood (Feb. 10-15) and at Abbey Road Studios in London (May 25-31), visit RockCamp.com.

    My prediction:

Ace Frehley will not show up (he will show up the day after it's over...Larry David style)

    Jon Anderson will cancel
