“Don’t call it a comeback. I’ve been here for years.” – Whitney Houston

Good news Houston fans: The singer gave her first North American public performance in almost a decade this morning.

The bad news? You have to wait until tomorrow to see it unless you happen to live in New York City and found yourself in Central Park’s Rumsey Playfield today.

ABC’s “Good Morning America” will air the concert, along with a sit down with Diane Sawyer, tomorrow morning.

Today marks the debut of Houston’s long-awaited new album, I Look To You, which despite initial glowing buzz, is now garnering a more mixed bag of reviews.
