Lenny Kravitz Brings The Love With More Dates

08:01 AM, Thursday 9/10/09 Add |   |

After recently wrapping up a four month, 54-city European tour, Lenny Kravitz is returning to the states with a round of U.S. dates this October.

The “LLR 20 (09)” tour continues to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Kravitz’s debut album, Let Love Rule. The European tour coincided with a reissue of the 1988 album, along with unreleased demos, B-sides and live recordings.

The U.S. leg of the tour kicks off with five nights at NYC’s Fillmore New York At Irving Plaza (Oct. 11-12, 14-15, 18) and wraps up with a headlining gig at the Voodoo Experience festival in New Orleans.

Additional dates include MGM Grand At Foxwoods in Mashantucket, Conn. (Oct. 17), Warner Theater in Washington, D.C. (Oct. 20), Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, N.J. (Oct. 24), The Tabernacle in Atlanta (Oct. 29) and Harrah's Event Center At Harrah's Casino Tunica in Robinsonville, Miss. (Oct. 30).

This year’s Voodoo Experience also includes artists such as Earl Greyhound, Lil' Brian & The Travelers, Benjy Davis Project, Alejandro Escovedo, Silversun Pickups, Ween, Justice, Generationals and Robert Randolph & The Family Band.
