Creed’s performance, which is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. CST, will be streamed via live webcast on new music site Rockpit.com. Fans who want to watch the event can visit the site to register for a free pass that will allow them to be part of the estimated 200,000 viewers.
Rockpit.com has also partnered with the USO to make the live stream available to the troops overseas in Afghanistan, Iraq and USO locations around the world and in the U.S.
On hand for the show will be the U.S. reps for the “Guinness Book of World Records,” who will be there to verify the two records that will be broken: most cameras used in a live concert recording (227) and most still cameras used in sequence.
