McGraw’s 2010 Concert Machine

Posted on Friday October 23, 2009 at 10:01 AM Add |

Tim McGraw hits the road in February, playing almost every venue big enough to hold him in a tour stretching all the way to August. Heck, it might be easier listing the cities where he isn’t appearing.

McGraw’s calling his 2010 run the “Southern Voice” tour. Joining him on this monster trek across the U.S. and Canada will be special guest Lady Antebellum.

The Live Nation tour opens in Omaha at the Qwest Center Feb. 11 and wraps in Virginia Beach at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre August 15. In between McGraw will play pretty much everywhere. Stops include Madison, Des Moines, Lexington, Vancouver, Winnipeg, New Orleans, Fresno, Sacramento, Dallas, Boise, Cincinnati, and Chicago.

But the above list of cities is just a sampling. You really need to eyeball the entire schedule to appreciate its sheer immensity.

In addition to Lady Antebellum appearing on all dates, The Lost Trailers opens shows from Feb. 11 through April 10 while Love And Theft opens April 11 through August 15.

Outback Steakhouse is presenting the tour and the Fritos brand from Frito-Lay is the associate tour sponsor. The two sponsors will join McGraw to raise funds for The Neighbor’s Keeper Fund of the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, a charity fund founded by the country star and his wife, Faith Hill.

Tickets for select markets go on sale Nov. 6. For more information, please click here for the Tim McGraw website.
