Can you think of a better day than Halloween to put more shows on sale for “Supernatural Santana: A Trip Through The Hits” – Carlos Santana’s Las Vegas residency?
Promoter AEG announced a fresh run of February 2010 dates for Carlos Santana and Co. Performances take place Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and showtime for every performance is 8 p.m. The new dates range from Feb. 3 through Feb. 21.
Like many Vegas residencies, this is more than just a tour stop for the artist. Specifically designed for The Joint, each show promises a unique take on the band’s catalog and promises a one-of-a-kind experience each evening. Santana is appearing approximately 36 times a year at The Joint in a multi-year agreement with AEG. What’s more, the promotion company says The Joint is the only venue “west of the Mississippi” to see Santana in 2010.
According to AEG, there will be some changes to the presentation, including a new opening number added to the ever-changing setlist.
“This show is designed to bring everyone in the audience together as one,” Santana said. “My wish is for it to be a night that will move you to dance, to cry, to laugh and to feel the totality and fullness of being alive.”
