Well we knew it was coming. After all, there’s no way the folks at “Saturday Night Live” were going to have Taylor Swift on the show as host and not diss Kanye West.

Although Swift’s episode won’t air until Saturday night, SNL has already begun taking potshots at West.

In a promo for the show that began airing earlier this week, Swift is interrupted during her plug by SNL regular Bill Hader, who blurts, “Kanye West just called. He thinks Beyoncé should host instead.”

Granted, that’s probably the most obvious way to go with the joke, but it’s still pretty humorous. Here’s hoping that SNL’s writing team can come up with something even funnier for Saturday.
