Elvis aficionados already know the coming year is special as 2010 marks the 75th anniversary of The King’s birth – a year featuring Priscilla Presley and Lisa Marie taking part in the Elvis Presley Birthday Celebration in Memphis Jan. 7-19 and Cirque du Soleil launching Viva ELVIS in Las Vegas.
Hosted by Jerry Schilling, who was a member of Presley’s inner circle known as the Memphis Mafia, Elvis Cruise 2010 features theme parties, entertainment, music and plenty of people who knew the music legend and / or performed with him throughout his career, including Elvis’ Imperials, Joe Guercio, The Memphis Boys with Bobo Moreno, Terry Mike Jeffrey, Andy Childs and Larry Geller.
The cruise also features the best of the best Elvis tribute artists, including Mark Anthony, Brandon Bennett, Bill Cherry and Victor Trevino. Supporting all the performers will be The EAS Band. DJ Argo will also be onboard.
