Festivals in Scotland, Switzerland and Ireland will get a dose of the Real Slim Shady as Eminem lines up a few concert dates across the pond.
The first festival stop is Switzerland’s Openair Frauenfeld July 9 where he will share the stage with Jay-Z. Scotland’s T In The Park festival has Em slotted for July 10 and Oxegen in Naas, Ireland, will host the rapper on the festival’s last night – July 11.
Not only do the dates mark first time Eminem has played Europe in five years, but his appearance at Oxegen will be his first performance in Ireland since 2004. Detroit rap group D12 and a live band will join Eminem on the dates.
“I’m excited to get back to Europe to rock some shows” Eminem said. “The crowds there are always big, crazy and dedicated. It’s going to be great to feel that energy again.”
