Jewel’s Country State Of Mind

11:01 AM, Thursday 4/8/10 2 |   |

With a second country album landing in stores in a couple months, singer/songwriter Jewel hits the road for a month of dates beginning June 1 in Fargo, N.D.

Jewel’s new album – Sweet And Wild – drops June 8, one week into her “Star Light Café Tour” sponsored by insurance / financial company Country Financial.

“I am so excited to hit the road as part of the Country Financial Road Trips and Guitar Picks concert series,” Jewel said. “It gives me a great opportunity to spend some time with the fans. I’ve spent the better part of my year writing and recording this album. There is nothing more rewarding for me than getting the chance to perform some of my new songs along with the hits I’ve had over the course of my career. These shows really become a sneak peek into my songwriting and my life.”
