CMA Music Fest Single-Day Tickets On Sale

05:01 PM, Monday 4/12/10 Add |   |

If you’ve got three Hamiltons lying around (and a bit of change to cover applicable service fees) you have what it takes to attend one night of the 2010 CMA Music Festival. Single-night tickets go on sale this Saturday.

The fest, which first began back in 1972 as Fan Fair, takes place June 10-13 at LP Field in Nashville, Tenn.

Single-night tickets can be purchased beginning Saturday, April 17 at 11 a.m. EST starting at $30 (plus applicable service fees) for general admission in the upper deck of LP Field. Tickets will be available through CMA Music Festival’s Web site as well as by calling 1-800-CMA-FEST.

"The single night ticket for the Nightly Concerts during CMA Music Festival is the best entertainment value around," said Steve Moore, CMA Chairman of the Board. "But at this price, we predict quantities may not last long. Fans interested in attending a great night of music at such an amazing value should consider purchasing their tickets now."
Four-day ticket packages are still available for purchase, starting at $110.

Miranda Lambert has been added to Friday’s lineup, marking her seventh consecutive performance at CMA Music Festival. The singer-songwriter first made her debut at the fest in 2004 playing at the Daytime Concerts at Riverfront Park.

Thursday, June 10’s lineup includes Alan Jackson, Tim McGraw, Lady Antebellum, Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean and Danny Gokey.

Lambert will share the stage on Friday along with Keith Urban, Reba McEntire, Josh Turner and Zac Brown Band.

On Saturday fans will be treated to performances by Martina McBride, Rascal Flatts, Randy Houser, Billy Currington and Easton Corbin.

The fest will wrap up on Sunday with Brad Paisley, Kellie Pickler, Darius Rucker, Justin Moore, Blake Shelton and Trace Adkins.

Additional artists will be announced soon.

Along with live performances, fans will also enjoy autograph sessions with their favorite stars as well as interactive displays and lifestyle exhibits.

The CMA Music Festival is a unique event that allows artists to give back to their fans as well as Nashville’s local community. The artists donate their time and in return, the fest donates half of the net proceeds to music education in Metro Nashville Public Schools. The fest has donated more than $3.3 million towards music programs and instruments for Nashville’s 75,000 school students through its “Keep the Music Playing” philanthropic program.
