Party Like It’s 1999 At ATP

05:01 PM, Thursday 9/2/10 1 |   |

Next year The Flaming Lips will party like it’s 1999 by performing the band's classic album "The Soft Bulletin" in its entirety.

The 1999 album is ranked as Pitchfork.com’s third best album of the 1990s and it was also included in Robert Dimery’s 2006 book “1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die.”

Wayne Coyne and co. will perform the band’s ninth studio album as part of All Tomorrow’s Parties’ Don’t Look Back series July 1, 2011 at Alexandra Palace in London.
