Musical artist, model and one-time James Bond girl Grace Jones lights up the United Kingdom come January with a series of dates scheduled for theatre-size rooms. Stops include Birmingham on the 19th at Symphony Hall, the 21st in Gateshead at The Sage, the 22nd in Glasgow at Clyde Auditorium, the 24th in Manchester at Apollo Manchester, the 25th in Bristol at Colston Hall and the 27th & 28th in London at the Roundhouse.
Alesana hits the club circuit during November and December. Today's update shows the band touching down in Lansing, Michigan, for a show at Mac's Bar. The next new date is November 19 in Iowa City, Iowa, at The Picador, followed by November 20 in St. Louis at Fubar and November 21 in Joplin, Missouri, at The Foundry. Other new stops include Little Rock, Nashville, Scranton, Asbury Park, Raleigh, Poughkeepsie and Allentown.
Tanglefoot loads up on 2009 dates for its native Canada as well as the U.S. and United Kingdom. Sample data shows the group playing Kingston, Ontario, on November 14 at St. Andrew's By-The-Lake United Church, Webster, New York, on February 27 at Harmony House, Derby, U.K., on June 13 at Guildhall Theatre and Bath, U.K., on June 24 at Rondo Theatre.
