The Comedy Festival is Serious Business

07:11 AM Sunday 10/12/08 |   |

The Comedy Festival is taking place at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas (November 20-22). The schedule is nothing to snicker at, with Jerry Seinfeld, Ellen DeGeneres, Dane Cook, Katt Williams, Tracy Morgan, and Jeff Dunham all headlining.

Joining them will be the fantastic David Alan Grier, Kids In The Hall, Mike Epps, Russell Peters, Jim Breuer, Andrew Dice Clay, Jim Norton and John Oliver. Caliente Comedy will feature comedians Gabriel Iglesias, Pablo Francisco, and Anjelah Johnson.

TBS will televise several programs from Caesars Palace, including the variety special "Ellen's Even Bigger Really Big Show;" "Laffapalooza," an evening of performances by top comedians hoosted by Morgan; and a celebrity roast of Cheech & Chong. Wonder if the duo will show up toasted?

The Comedy Festival is now in its fourth year. Tickets can be purchased for individual shows and packages online at TheComedyFestival.com, by phone at (877) TCF-FEST, or at the box office at Caesars Palace.

In addition to the big names, The Comedy Festival will also showcase more than 25 up and coming comedians.
