The Academy Is…On Tour

Chicago pop punks The Academy Is…, currently touring Australia and New Zealand with Panic at the Disco, will hit the road again in the U.S. and Canada this fall for a co-headlining run with We The Kings.

The Academy Is… will follow its dates down under with a couple of dates in Japan and then a U.K. run, with stops in Manchester, Cardiff, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Oxford, Birmingham and Portsmouth.

Bill & Trav's Bogus Journey Tour launches October 1 at Amos' Southend in Charlotte, N.C., and will hit clubs and theatres across the country through the end of November.

Highlights include stops at The Masquerade in Atlanta (October 2), Warehouse Live in Houston (October 7), The Marquee in Tempe, Ariz. (October 11), House of Blues in Anaheim, Calif. (October 18), Roseland Theater in Portland, Ore. (October 23), Pop's in Sauget, Ill. (October 30), House of Blues in Chicago (November 6), Electric Factory in Philadelphia (November 13), NorVa in Norfolk, Va. (November 18), and Town Ballroom in Buffalo, N.Y. (November 23).

The Academy Is…is celebrating the release of album No. 3, Fast Times at Barrington High, which was produced by Sam Hollander and Dave Katz (Gym Class Heroes, Metro Station) and features lead single "About a Girl."
