New dates for Anthony Gomes, American Steel, Catch 22 and Jerry Seinfeld!

Why sit home and watch reruns of "Seinfeld" on TV when you can see the funny guy live at a local venue? Since the TV program aired its last original episode in 1998, Jerry Seinfeld has been spending a lot of his time crafting the perfect stand-up act. Newly posted dates include Baltimore on September 6 at Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, Amarillo on September 25 at Amarillo Civic Center, San Antonio on September 26 at Majestic Theatre, Green Bay on October 16 at Weidner Center For The Performing Arts and Davenport, Iowa on October 17 at RiverCenter / Adler Theatre. Yada yada yada.

Canadian guitarist Anthony Gomes adds more U.S. stops to his tour plans. New dates for August and September include August 15 in Jonesboro, AR at Brickhouse, St. Louis, MO at Mojo's on August 23 and Columbus Ohio on September 5 at House Of Crave. Mr. Gomes also adds a couple of Ontario shows to today's update - Toronto on September 6 at Jack Tar, and Wingham on September 8 at Fireside Café.

American Steel loads up on dates for September. New on the schedule is Columbus, Ohio on September 13, Cincinnati on September 14, Rochester, New York on September 15 and Albany, New York on September 16. Other stops include Wilkes-Barre, Richmond, Chapel Hill, Nashville, Jacksonville, Gainesville, New Orleans and San Antonio.

And Catch 22 (the best catch there is) updates today with new dates for late July and early August. New ones include July 30 in Detroit at Magic Stick, August 2 in Atlanta at The Masquerade, August 3 in Orlando at The Social and August 9 in Asbury Park at Stone Pony.

During the last couple of hours we also updated the schedules for Bachman - Cummings, Ani DiFranco, Dengue Fever, Elliott Brood, Eek-A-Mouse, Doc Walker, G.B.H., Ivoryline, Parkway Drive, Ndidi Onukwulu, Sylvie, The Devil Wears Prada, The Good Brothers and Wayne Shorter.

But we have more stuff to tell you about! That is, as soon as we sort it all out and make it real pretty for you to look at. Don't miss your last update of the day - The Closing Bell - coming up around 5 pm (PDT) on Pollstar.com!
