Headed to a music festival in the U.K. this summer? As you run down your checklist of essentials you may want to add one more thing to the list - a glance at Metcheck.com.

The web site, which covers weather from one end of the British Isles to the other, features a pretty complete list of upcoming festivals, as well as other outdoor events like Wimbeldon, organized by month, with detailed forecasts broken down into three hour segments.

In the case of this weekend's Glastonbury Festival, Metcheck is predicting light rain in the early hours of June 27, followed by sunny and warm conditions and more sprinkles late in the evening.

The forecast for the rest of the weekend calls for heavy clouds with intermittent drizzles followed by light showers in the evening on June 28 and mostly cloudy skies with occasional sprinkles in the afternoon on June 29.

Other upcoming festivals covered on the site include Nelson Mandela's 46664 Concert in London (June 27), Projekt Revolution in Milton Keynes (June 29), the O2 Wireless Festival in London (July 3-6), T in the Park in Kinross (July 11-13), Oxegen in Kildare (July 11-13), WOMAD 2008 in Malmesbury (July 25-26) and V Festival in Chelmsford and Staffordshire (August 16-17).
