Jazzman John Pizzarelli updates today with new shows for August and November, plus a 2009 date thrown in "just for fun." New August listings include August 21 in Minneapolis at Dakota Jazz Club & Restaurant, and August 27 in Los Angeles at Catalina Bar & Grill. November's new listing is for the 19th of that month in Mississauga, Ontario, at the Living Arts Centre. The new 2009 date is May 7 in Pittsburgh, PA, at the Manchester Craftsmen's Guild.

MxPx manages to get a couple of new dates in before the final deadline - July 27 in Wichita, Kansas, and July 29 in DeKalb, Illinois.

And Tower Of Power lands a multi-night engagement in Seattle at Dimitriou's Jazz Alley, December 11 - 14.

During the day we also updated the schedules for Cute Is What We Aim For, Johnny Rivers, Eddie Money, Judas Priest, Brian Setzer Orchestra, Iris DeMent, Boy George, Cinderella, Tony Orlando, Everclear, Katherine Jenkins, Dax Riggs, Lucinda Williams, Meat Puppets, Los Lonely Boys, Bow Wow, G. Love & Special Sauce, Juan Luis Guerra, The Breeders, State Radio, Sister Hazel, Donna Summer, The Smothers Brothers, Simone, Tokyo Police Club, plus more artists and bands than we can possibly list in this space if only because we can't afford the extra bytes, let alone the font licensing charges.

And that's a wrap for Wednesday, May 14, 2008. Thanks for letting us hang out with you today and we hope you'll be here tomorrow for another adventure in the wonderful and wacky world of concert data collection. G'night.
