Vampire Weekend, Les Savy Fav, The Hold Steady, Girl Talk, Chromeo and Kimya Dawson are just a few of the acts on the roster for this year's Capitol Hill Block Party.

The July 25-26 event will take place in Seattle's South Capitol Hill neighborhood and features more than 50 bands on four stages.

Other acts scheduled to appear include The Dodos, U.S.E., Jay Reatard, Darker My Love, Akimbo, The Hands, Pwrfl Power, The Builders & The Butchers, Velella Velella, Past Lives, Black Eyes and Neckties and many more.

Presale tickets are available at TicketsWest.com/promos/pc. The password is BLOCKPARTY.

General tickets sales begin April 18 for $18, with advance tickets for the Friday show available here and the Saturday show available here.

Two-day passes, priced at $34, are also available here.

Throughout the weekend, several performances will be broadcast live on local radio station KEXP, with many of the station's DJs broadcasting their shows from the festival.

Part of the proceeds from the event will benefit a pair of non-profit organizations: Home Alive, which encourages violence prevention, and The Vera Project, a youth run, all ages venue and recording studio in Seattle.
