Blondie hits the theatres, amphitheatres and casinos this summer. Today's additions include a two-nighter at Rama, Ontario's Casino Rama Entertainment Center (June 12 & 13) and one-night-only gigs at the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, NJ (June 17) and the The Kentucky Center For The Performing Arts in Louisville (June 24).

Perennial D-lister and very funny lady Kathy Griffin plays Newark, NJ, on June 19. Other shows include August 8 in Toronto and September 5 in Atlanta.

James Blunt plays Europe in June and July. Newest listings include Athens on June 19, Lisbon on July 4 and Barcelona on July 8. Mr. Blunt also plays Iceland on June 12 and Amsterdam on September 30.

Chances are The Spill Canvas is coming to a nightclub near you. Or at least in your state. The band's spring / summer tour updates this afternoon with new dates across the USA. Shows include Chicago (May 30), Grand Rapids, MI (May 31), New York (June 11), Little Rock (June 19) and Anaheim (June 25).

During the past couple of hours we contemplated the inner meaning of ticket service charges while updating the schedules for The Tragics, The Redwalls, Prince, Papa Roach, Radiohead, Michel Camilo, Lisa Lampanelli, Jimmy Thackery, Jimmy Buffett, Jill Scott, Heartsrevolution, Ferry Corsten, Fareed Haque, Donna Hughes, D.O.A. Blowing Trees, Allan Harris and Alicia Keys.

And we're heading down that final stretch, the one that leads to quittin' time, happy hour and your last update of the day, The Closing Bell, coming up around 5 pm (PDT), from Pollstar.com!
