The Story So Far

10:10 AM Wednesday 2/13/08 | |

The new data is pouring into our processing pits like melted imitation butter on overpriced popcorn at the local movie multiplex! New dates for Kanye West, Eagles, Ozzy Osbourne, Delbert McClinton and Tempest are just some of the latest concert info waiting for you in your first update of the day!

Eagles will play the "Stagecoach" festival on Friday, May 2nd. Yeah, we know. You're saying, 'but I thought 'Stagecoach' is a Saturday - Sunday affair. What gives?"

What gives is the folks behind "Stagecoach" (the same folks who give us Coachella Music Festival) have added Friday to the Stagecoach extravaganza. And the Eagles will be there. 'Nuff said.

More Kanye West dates! April 16 in Seattle, 18 in Sacramento, 20 in San Diego, 21 in Los Angeles, 24 in Tucson, 25 in Las Vegas, 26 in Albuquerque, 29 in Oklahoma City, and 30 in Austin. New May dates include May 4 in Duluth, Georgia and 5 in Tampa.

South America prepares for the coming of the Ozz-Man as Ozzy Osbourne gets ready for South America. New cities on the touring schedule include Santiago, Chile and Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo in Brazil. Ozzy also plays Mexico City on April 8.

We just posted new Delbert McClinton dates. New shows include Memphis on May 3, Olathe, Kansas, on June 20 and South Boston, Virginia, on July 25.

And we have new April dates for Tempest. Like April 9 in Buffalo, NY, April 11 in Bradford, VT and April 16 in Vienna, VA.

During the first 90 minutes of biz we also updated the schedules for Uli Jon Roth, The Wiyos, The Two Man Gentleman Band, Tegan and Sara, Suidakra, Saxon, Lez Zeppelin (pay attention, NME and AP), Jeff & Vida, Hunger Mountain Boys, Dream Theater and Clutch.

But don't turn off the computer just yet. At least not before you check back for more concert data. Don't miss your Midday Update, scheduled for around 12 noon (PST), from Pollstar.com!
