Midday Update

10:01 AM Friday 10/19/07 |   |

Westlife continues to conquer the UK; Deep Dark Woods cruises Canada and Steve Riley & The Mamou Playboys add 2008 dates. Grab your chair and brace yourself. Your midday update is about to begin!

They can't get enough of Westlife in the United Kingdom as the group slots 4 more 2008 dates; Shawn Pander has a new club tour and The Fire Apes will play New York's Int'l Pop Overthrow Festival.

The band that never stops working - Savoy Brown Feat. Kim Simmonds - has more dates; Deep Dark Woods will cast their shade over Canada and Acid Mother's Temple looks ahead to next year.

Look for Soul Asylum in Atlanta next month; Eyes Set To Kill set on playing Fresno (they must love raisins) and other California markets and Steve Riley & The Mamou Playboys add a couple of dates for 008.
