Ana Gabriel Visits U.S.

03:42 AM Wednesday 4/12/06 | |

Star Mexican singer Ana Gabriel will play a number of U.S. dates in the coming months, first on a brief tour in May and again in August, September and October.

The veteran vocalist, who recently released Dos Amores Un Amante, will play San Juan, Puerto Rico, May 12, followed by gigs in Florida, Boston and Washington, D.C.

She'll appear at the Juanes-organized Colombia Sin Minas charity concert May 24 in Los Angeles, then return to California August 10-11 for two casino shows in Temecula, Calif.

Concerts are booked in Georgia and Illinois in late September, with New Jersey, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and a number of California cities on the map for October.

Earlier this year, Gabriel visited New York City for a sold-out show at The Theater At Madison Square Garden. She co-headlined a number of shows last fall with Marco Antonio Solis, including tours of the U.S. and Venezuela.
