Live From Amsterdam – It’s Of Montreal!

09:02 AM Sunday 1/18/09 |   |

Live music streamer Fabchannel has a special event coming up – Of Montreal and CasioKids in a live Webcast.

It all happens on Jan. 21 at 1:30 p.m. (EST) when fans can join the venue audience by watching live, high-quality video streaming from the famous Paradiso in Amsterdam by pointing their browsers to fabchannel.com/of_montreal.

Fabchannel webcasts from the Paradiso and Amsterdam’s Melkweg on a weekly basis, and boasts a concert archive of more than 900 full-length concert recordings, including performances by MGMT, Bloc Party, Cold War Kids, Elbow, The Fiery Furnaces, Arcade Fire, The Fratellis and CSS.

Supporting Of Montreal is Norwegian electro act CasioKids, whose set will also be included in the webcast.

The stream is free. What’s more, if you miss the live webcast, Pollstar will act as your gateway to the stream in the days after the performance. Think of it as a little touch of the Amsterdam nightlife on your very own desktop.
