There’s a lot going on musically on the tube this week. But the most interesting appearances are likely to be a couple of musicians just sitting down to talk.
First up is Bruce Springsteen, who’s dropping in on Jon Stewart Thursday night and with all of the recent media attention The Boss has been getting, it’s a bet the conversation will be a good one.
Okay, so they’re not technically musicians (or are they?), but Christopher Guest, Harry Shearer, Michael McKean – better known to a lot of people as Spinal Tap – will sit down with Tavis Smiley on Friday to talk about that band and their other musical projects.
