Let’s All Go To The Beach!

G. Love & Special Sauce, Steel Pulse, Pepper and Ozomatli are just a few of the artists who’ll be packing up their gear and a beach towel and heading for Santa Barbara, Calif., this September.

The third West Beach Music & Arts Festival will take place September 18-20 just west of Santa Barbara’s Stearn’s Warf, making it one of the country’s only festivals held on a beach.

Other acts on the bill include Rebelution, Iration, Soja, Shwayze, The Aggrolites, Still Time, Tomorrows Bad Seeds, Sashamon, Dirty Heads, The Kicks, Sunshine Bros., Pacific Dub, Through the Roots and One Drop.

Additional acts will be added in the coming weeks.

A limited number of three-day early bird passes, priced at $75.00, can be purchased at the festival’s Web site, with single day tickets going on sale closer to the event.

Last year’s festival, which featured acts like Ziggy Marley, Jason Mraz and Natasha Bedingfield, was a rousing success with attendance jumping from first year totals of 1,500 to an astounding 20,000.
