Austin City Limits Festival Locks Daily Schedules

Just more than two months away and already the Austin City Limits Music Festival has firmed up its hour-by-hour schedule.

This year’s festival – Oct. 2-4 at the city’s Zilker Park, boasts seven stages – AMD (West), Lady Bird Lake, Austin Kiddie Limits, Austin Ventures, BMI, Xbox 360, Dell and Barton Springs (East). Headliners include John Legend, Lily Allen, Reckless Kelly, Los Amigos Invisibles, Andrew Bird and Kings of Leon. And that’s just Friday night.

Saturday’s lineup includes Ghostland Observatory and Dave Matthews Band as closing acts topping a day filled with music from the likes of The Zac Brown Band, The Decemberists, STS9 (Sound Tribe Sector 9), Sam Roberts Band, Grizzly Bear, Bon Iver, Citizen Cope, The Felice Brothers and Devotchka.

Sunday’s program lists Ben Harper, Girl Talk, Dan Auerbach, Sonic Youth and Pearl Jam closing their respective stages. Other Sunday bands and artists include Brett Dennen, Raul Malo, The Dead Weather, Toadies, Clutch, State Radio and The B-52’s.

According to the festival’s Web site, Saturday passes are sold out, but single-day tickets for Friday and Sunday are still available for $85 each.
