The ninth edition of the Isle Of Wight is set to take place June 11-13, 2010 at Seaclose Park in Newport, U.K.
In addition to The Strokes, the fest will also feature Jay-Z headlining June 11 and Pink performing June 13. The Stokes will play June 12 along with Blondie and Orbital. Squeeze will get the party started June 10 by entertaining campers before the festival weekend officially kicks off.
“Ever since I heard the first Strokes album, I've wanted them for the Isle of Wight. Jay-Z and Pink are two of the best live acts I have ever seen and the Blondie hits speak for themselves,” festival promoter John Giddings said. “I can't wait!”
