The title says it all. Starting Friday, March 26, you can snag a ticket for the 16th annual Vans Warped Tour through the traveling festival’s Internet pre-sale.
What’s more, the fan-friendly presale price is about $25. The pre-sale ticket is a commemorative 3D hologram laminate that also functions as a jump-the-line pass enabling holders to enter Warped venues at 11 a.m. while those who bought their tickets through the April 10 general on-sale are still standing outside the gates.
The pre-sale also includes a free copy of the Vans Warped Tour 2010 compilation CD and provides for a 25 cent donation to the Unite The United charity. Fans buying their tickets through the pre-sale will have the option of purchasing the tour’s 15th anniversary celebration CD for $15.
Who’s on this year’s Warped Tour? As usual, the lineup is way too long to print here without sending out for extra bytes. Andrew W.K., Dropkick Murphys, Alkaline Trio, Reel Big Fish, All-American Rejects, Agent Orange, The Rocket Summer, Anarbor, The Bouncing Souls, Anti-Flag and Swingin' Utters are just a few of the acts on the tour.
Need a taste of Warped, but can’t wait for June 25 and the tour’s first date in Carson, California? That’s why God (and Warped creator Kevin Lyman) gave you the Warped Kick-Off party, scheduled this year for April 9 at West Hollywood’s Key Club with Andrew W.K., The Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band, The Pretty Reckless, Pierce The Veil and Death Punch scheduled to appear.
But the pre-sale is what you need to focus on tomorrow morning. Just follow this link to the Vans Warped Tour Web site.
