Guns N’ Roses, Arcade Fire, Blink-182, Queens Of The Stone Age and a reformed Libertines headed up by Pete Doherty and Carl Barat are just a few of the bands set to play this year’s Reading and Leeds Festivals at the end of August in Jolly Ol’ England.

Both festivals take place the same weekend – Aug. 27-29 and feature pretty much the same bands and artists, but on different days. In addition to the aforementioned acts appearing on the main stage, the NME/BBC Radio 1 stage will feature performances by several bands including Pendulum, Enter Shikari and Band Of Horses. All in all, each festival will pump out the music across seven stages over three days.

Reading’s first day (Aug. 27) is headlined by Guns N’ Roses on a lineup that also includes Queens Of The Stone Age, Biffy Clyro, Lostprophets, NOFX, Gogol Bordello and Billy Talent. Arcade Fire headlines the Aug. 28 lineup after performances by The Libertines, Dizzee Rascal, The Cribs, The Maccabees, Modest Mouse and The Gaslight Anthem. Reading’s last day (Aug. 29) features headliner Blink-182 as well as Paramore, Weezer, Cypress Hill, Limp Bizkit, You Me At Six and All Time Low.

Meanwhile, over at Leeds it’s the same lineup, but different days, with Arcade Fire headlining Aug. 27, Blink-182 playing Aug. 28 and Guns N’ Roses closing out the festival Aug. 29.
