Pulp To Reunite

Pulp plans to squeeze a little more life out of its Brit-pop legacy by reuniting with founding members for a few shows in 2011.

In a message on the band’s Facebook page, the band lays out the reunion lineup – Jarvis Cocker, Candida Doyle, Steve Mackey, Russell Senior and Mark Webber – and promises to perform songs from “all periods” of the band’s career.

“Yes, that means they’ll be playing your favorites,” the announcement proclaims.

So far, two dates have been announced – Barcelona’s Primavera Sound Festival May 27 and London’s Wireless Festival in Hyde Park July 3.
