Underoath To Launch New Tour In January

Underoath launches its first tour of the new year in Houston in mid-January, headlining a four-band package that also features Thursday, A Skylit Drive and Animals As Leaders.

Supporting its latest album – Ø (Disambiguation) – Underoath’s first 2011 date is Jan. 20 in Houston at Warehouse Live. Other dates include Jan. 22 in Dallas at the Palladium Ballroom; Jan. 24 in Albuquerque at Sunshine Theatre; Jan. 25 in Tempe at Marquee Theatre and Jan. 26 in W. Hollywood at House Of Blues.

Other markets on the band’s routing sheet include Las Vegas (Jan. 28), Seattle (Feb. 2), Boise (Feb. 4), Denver (Feb. 6), Chicago (Feb. 9), Montreal (Feb. 14), New York (Feb. 17), Philadelphia (Feb. 19), Washington (Feb. 22), Atlanta (Feb. 25) and Ft. Lauderdale (Feb. 27).

Especially noteworthy is Thursday’s participation. The band is celebrating the 10th anniversary of Full Collapse by playing the album in its entirety at every show.
