The 10th annual Bonnaroo Music Festival is set for June 9-12, 2011, in Manchester, Tenn. The 700-acre farm festival site is located 60 miles southeast of Nashville.
A limited pre-sale begins Nov. 26 at 12 p.m. EST. Tickets will be priced at $209.50 (plus service charges) while supplies last. After the first set of pre-sale tickets sells out, another limited quantity of pre-sale tickets will be made available for $224.50 (plus service charges). The pre-sale ends Dec. 31 at 11:50 p.m. EST.
Tickets include 4-day festival passes, camping and parking.
The Nov. 26 presale also features VIP tickets priced at $1,349.50 (plus service charges).
Attendees are invited to take advantage of the festival’s special payment plan offered for both general admission and VIP tickets.
Bonnaroo 2011’s lineup will be announced in late January/early February.

Rock in Rio – Rio de Janeiro takes place Sept. 23-25 and 30th and Oct. 1-2, 2011 at Olympic Park in Brazil (via ConsequenceOfSound.net).
Snow Patrol announced in a post today that the band will take to the stage Sept. 24 followed by a headline set by Red Hot Chili Peppers. Brazilian rock band Capital Inicial will also perform that day.
Metallica has been snagged as the Sept. 25 headliner.
More bands will be announced in the coming months.

The festival takes place June 10-12 at Seaclose Park in Newport, United Kingdom.
Kings Of Leon will close out the show June 10.
Foo Fighters are headlining June 11 along with Pulp.
The June 12 headliner is expected to be announced on Thursday, according to NME.com.
Three-day festival passes are priced at £150 ($238.45). Tickets including camping are available for just £25 ($39.74) more. Discount tickets are available for children age 7-12.
