Manilow Nixes Australia, Adds Vegas Dates

11:01 AM Monday 2/7/11 |   |

Australia’s loss is Sin City’s gain as Barry Manilow postpones his Down Under tour, replacing the dates with more Las Vegas shows.

Turns out Manilow’s decision to skip Australia this year was because of the massive flooding that struck the continent last month.

But that doesn’t mean the man who brought the world “Mandy,” “Could It Be Magic” and the timeless “Copacabana (At The Copa)” won’t be working. The singer has added more dates for his residency at Paris Las Vegas – April 8-10 and April 15-17.
