Yoko Adds Another NYC Benefit For Japan

Already scheduled to perform along with Sonic Youth and Cibo Matto in a sold-out show at New York City’s Miller Theatre Sunday night, Yoko Ono has added another benefit to aid relief efforts in Japan.

“Yoko Ono & Friends: To Japan With Love” takes place at Le Poisson Rouge March 29 and features performances by the Yoko Ono Plastic Ono Band, Patti Smith with Tony Shanahan and Cibo Matto with all proceeds going to help Japan recover from the 9.0-magnitude earthquake and tsunami that devastated the country March 11.
