The performance will take place at Palms Casino and Resort’s Rain Nightclub.

The singer spilled the beans to fans about her Friday night plans through a series of tweets earlier today.

“Looks like my little secret isnt a secret anymore. Whos coming to watch me take the stage TONIGHT at @RainLasVegas at @PalmsLasVegas?”

Spears followed up the tweet by writing, “You’re all invited. Be there or be square bitch!” To make sure fans got the message she added a twitpic of the marquee at the Palms, which notes that Rain Nightclub is hosting “DJ Pauly D & Special Guest.” The twitpic was captioned, “I wonder who the special guest is?”

According to People.com, the singer will perform at 8 p.m. as part of a ticketed event, followed by a midnight show open to the public. The celebrity news website notes that footage from tonight will be included in an upcoming MTV special.

Spears is playing a few songs on Sunday at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco as part of a taped performance for “Good Morning America.” The concert will air on ABC March 29.

Although the event is free, fans still need to obtain tickets and show their printed Ticketmaster receipts for entry. A $3.50 service charge per ticket applies.
