80/35 Festival Reveals Lineup

The annual music festival in Des Moines, Iowa, reveals a lineup featuring headliners Girl Talk and Grace Potter And The Nocturnals along with Galactic, Parlours and more.

Presented by U.S. Cellular and taking place at Western Gateway Park in downtown Des Moines, this year’s 80/35 Festival is set for July 2-3.

Girl Talk occupies the top slot on the Saturday, July 2 lineup that also features performances by Galactic, Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, Titus Andronicus, Jessica Lea Mayfield, Thankful Dirt and The Poison Control Center.

Sunday, July 3 has Potter and her Nocturnals in the headline position and will include performances by Parlours, Bitch, The Giving Tree Band and Bear Hands. However, the daily lineups only represent a short list of acts as organizers at the Greater Des Moines Music Coalition expect nearly 60 national acts, regional performers and local faves.
