The indie rock band’s spring tour that wrapped up earlier this month marked a return from a more than yearlong hiatus. Before that TV On The Radio had last performed in August 2009.
The summer North American trek begins with a July 17 slot at Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago. Dates are booked through the band’s Sept. 17 set at Austin City Limits Music Festival in Texas. New shows include two nights at Vancouver’s Commodore Ballroom (July 20-21); Troutdale, Ore., at McMenamins Edgefield Amphitheatre (July 22); Kansas City, Mo., at The Crossroads (Aug. 27); and Brooklyn, N.Y., at Willamsburg Waterfront (Sept. 8).
European dates are scheduled June 22 through July 13.
