Andy Dick Sued

04:01 PM Tuesday 5/31/11 | |

A Texas man is suing Andy Dick for allegedly rubbing his genitals on the man’s face at a December performance.

Robert Tucker claims in his lawsuit the comedian, at a Dallas performance, walked into the audience dressed in women’s clothes.

He alleges Dick approached him and “pulled down his costume skirt with his right hand, exposing the fact that he was not wearing underwear beneath the skirt.”

The comedian then allegedly “forced his genitals against the left side of [Tucker’s] face. Tucker claims the alleged incident left him “degraded and humiliated” and says he has been ridiculed by his coworkers, according to the New York Post.

He is seeking unspecified damages. The lawsuit cites Dick’s January 2010 arrest on felony sexual abuse charges after allegations he groped a bouncer and patron at a Huntington, W.Va., bar.

Trust me Shamus, I am schooled. It's called an analogy. Try this, Gallagher show : Watermelon pieces splattering on you :: Andy D i c k show : Andy's junk in your face. Get it now? Thank you.

That's funny. The article is about AndyDick, but if you write D i c k, it is deleted. "Jared, if you can't decipher the difference between a little watermelon spray and Andy'sDickinyour face, then I suggest you go back to school. I would have punched him in the jaw real quick".

Robert Tucker is an idiot. It's like going to a Gallagher show and suing the performer for getting watermelon on you. If you sit in the front at a Gallagher, you're going to get watermelon all over you. If you sit in the front at an Andy  show, you're going to get Andy's *** somewhere around your face.
